The complementary nature of the portfolios of two locally-based companies has brought them together, joining forces to develop a strategic marketing and behavioral science management consulting firm under a single banner.
Clicksuasion Labs and Novae Design Group announced they had entered a definitive merger agreement earlier this month and will operate jointly as Clicksuasion Labs. Their client portfolios include Microsoft, Harley-Davidson, Boeing, Lendlease, and the Southern Pines Brewing Company.

PINEHURST – Two Moore County startup firms will merge to form an integrated team that will provide “supercharged marketing with a niche in behavioral science,” according Clicksuasion Labs, which retains the name of one of the two firms involved in the merger.
Novae Design Group and Clicksuasion Labs have entered a definitive merger agreement and will operate their consultancy that works on strategic marketing and behavioral science management, with a portfolio that includes clients like Microsoft, Harley-Davidson, Boeing, and Lendlease.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
