Michael Allen Harrison, who’s been such a good friend to K103 and our entire community forever, has been sharing his music through emails for 340 days so far through his “Anti Anxiety Covid-19 Music , which I get in my email every day. Michael does various shows through the year, odds are you ve attended many of them including his Valentines and Christmas shows. Of course with the pandemic, he s had to improvise with virtual concerts, unable to do them LIVE. Right now Michael needs our help for his Ten Grands Television Special that will be on KGW8 on Sunday, April 3rd! If you ve ever attended Ten Grands, you know it’s an amazing experience with ten pianists on stage at the same time, along with wonderful special guests. Ten Grands benefits kids with musical instruments and music education through Michael s Snowman Foundation. Michael’s always helping others, let’s help him help!

Holiday Happenings
Keeping you informed about holiday events and attractions:
• A heads-up: Aaron Meyer had to cancel live holiday concerts, which he has performed for years (it would have been the 20th anniversary), but the Aaron Meyer Christmas Special will air on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, Thursday-Friday, Dec. 24-25, on FOX 12 (KPTV) and FOX 12+ (KPDX).
It features the rock violinist Meyer, The Brown Sisters, some of Meyer s violin students and more.
The event attracted sponsors, and good friend Ken Wright of KWCellars in Carlton offered his space to record the concert.
Show times are 10 p.m. Dec. 24 and 6:30 a.m. and 10 p.m. Dec. 25 on KPTV and 8 p.m. Dec. 25 on KPDX.
