SHARONVILLE, Ohio (FOX19) - The victim shot and killed Monday afternoon at a Sharonville Rallyâs was identified as Michael Brice, 32, according to police.
The shooting happened around 12 p.m. at 2225 E. Sharon Road, Sharonville Police said.
Brice, who is from Springfield Township, was shot multiple times as he was ordering food at the drive-thru, police said. Brice was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say the male suspect is still at large and is described as 6-feet tall, 250 pounds, and wearing an all blue work-style uniform. The suspectâs vehicle is a 1997 green Ford Thunderbird with Ohio plate HFZ9451. The car has damage to the rear passenger window.

CINCINNATI (FOX19) -Citing a difficulty to break through âpartisan gridlock,â longtime Ohio Republican U.S. Senator Rob Portman announced Monday he will not run again when his current six-year term ends next year.
His office issued a lengthy statement sent out at the same time he held a news conference from a downtown Cincinnati hotel.

CINCINNATI (FOX19) - Edward “Jake” Wagner waived his right to a speedy trial through October 2021 in the Rhoden family massacre case.
During the hearing on Tuesday his attorneys expected to argue against ballistic and shoe print evidence, however, Prosecutor Angie Canepa said the defense is not entitled to a hearing on those issues.
