EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - An Evansville student creates a device that helps solve the Rubikâs Cube.
Rudy Zenthoefer is a 7th grader at Westside Catholic School.
Earlier this school year, Rudy became interested in learning about robotics and started spending his free time using software designed by Lego.
Recently, Rudy built and coded a Lego robot that is designed to solve a Rubikâs cube.
The robot scans the colors on the cube, and the machine has various pieces that twist the Rubikâs Cube around to solve the puzzle.

C&P: Please give a brief description of your work experience.
NF: I have been an EVSC educator for 18 years now. Most of my teaching career was spent at Delaware Elementary school teaching first grade. I then moved to Highland Elementary and taught first grade for five more years. Using my creative side has always been my passion, and I feel like my current position in art education is the perfect place for me! This is my first year teaching art and I absolutely love it!
