A 21-year-old Sedalia man is facing multiple felonies for allegedly firing a gun out of a moving vehicle in August.
On August 3, Sedalia Police officers responded to a report of shots fired in the area of West Saline Street and Albright Court. Officers located 23-shell casings in the area. After further investigation, 21-year-old Keyshawn Flowers was identified as a possible suspect.
Flowers waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty on January 4 to a Class B Felony for Unlawful Use of a Weapon-Shooting from a Moving Vehicle; and an Unclassified Felony for Armed Criminal Action. Bond has been set at $250,000 cash or surety.

Thursday evening, Officers and the Pettis County Ambulance District responded to the 200 block of South Moniteau in reference a male subject that passed out. The male subject was highly intoxicated. Sergio Marcos, 42, Homeless, was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 12-hour protective custody hold.
Sedalia Police initiated a traffic stop in the area of West Saline Street and Scott Joplin Court for a vehicle failing to maintain its lane Thursday night. Upon identifying the license plate information to Dispatch, it was discovered the plate had been reported stolen out of Gladstone Missouri. Once contact was made with the driver, he was identified and discovered to have an active warrant for Failure to Appear out of Johnson County Kansas on original charges of Theft. A search of the vehicle revealed the driver was also in possession of methamphetam
