Marie Police Service reminds high school student preparing for graduation of the service’s Don Doucet Scholarship Fund. Any student graduating high school and enrolling in a law related area of study at a post-secondary institution is eligible to apply. Application deadline is Saturday, May 15. Since 2006, the Don Doucet Memorial Golf Tournament has raised money for the Scholarship Fund. Through 2020, a total of $82,500 of scholarships have been awarded to 85 local students.
