Older adults are finding help wading through online information amid the coronavirus pandemic.A virtual world can be tough to navigate for those who don t have a computer, smartphone or access to the internet.Helen Baker said frustration is an understatement when it comes to navigating today s world in a pandemic. It s why she goes to the St. Mary s Outreach Center in Hampden to get help. I try to be patient, but everything is online. Everything you do is online. I know we need the technology, but I m not into it, Baker said.
