CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - The National Action Network says they will be hosting a free food giveaway in Moncks Corner.
Organizers say the giveaway will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday and will operate in a drive-thru format
The distribution is being held at the Masonic Lodge Hall located 1372 North Highway 52 in Moncks Corner.

After starting the initiative in 2015 but having to cancel the next few years due to family difficulties, Kathryn knew the hardships of 2020 would make this year s event more important than ever. There s being lonely or down in the dumps on a normal day, but when you re sitting at home on Christmas with nobody around you, it s just the worst feeling in the world, Kathryn said.
