VPL Indigenous Storyteller in Residence to hold online potluck and teach about Haida culture

Kung Jaadee is the 2021 Indigenous Storyteller in Residence at the Vancouver Public Library. Jaadee is originally from Old Massett on Haida Gwaii, belongs to the X̱aayda (Haida), xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), and Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) First Nations, has performed for audiences across Canada and the U.S., and is the author of several children’s books, including Raven’s Feast,
