Neither county recorded a new death. As of Wednesday, Delta County has had 3,295 confirmed positives, 675 probable cases and 90 deaths, according to PHDMC. Menominee County had 1,776 confirmed, 323 probable and 40 deaths. The deaths included confirmed and probable. State data Wednesday had seven new confirmed positives in Menominee County, two in Delta County and one in Schoolcraft County. State numbers are updated almost daily but can lag behind local reports or have other discrepancies.

The Public Health of Delta and Menominee Counties website update Monday also listed seven new confirmed COVID-19 positives and 10 probable cases in Delta County, plus four more confirmed cases but one fewer probable in Menominee County. As of Monday, Delta County has had 3,288 confirmed positives, 670 probable cases and 90 deaths, according to PHDMC. Menominee County had 1,765 confirmed, 320 probable and 40 deaths. The deaths included confirmed and probable. State data Monday had six new confirmed positives in Delta County and three in Menominee County.

Quarantine guidelines changed | News, Sports, Jobs

Escanaba Daily Press ESCANABA In an effort to maintain consistency of local health department quarantine guidance for individuals identified as close contacts to someone with COVID-19, Public Health Delta & Menominee Counties (PHDM) is moving back to 10 days of active monitoring for quarantine effective immediately. This also applies to individuals currently quarantined for exposure to COVID-19 who were originally given a 14-day quarantine period. Anyone identified as a close contact to someone with COVID-19 must quarantine for 10 days and may resume normal activities on days 11 through 14. However, they must continue to self-monitor for symptoms on days 11 through 14 and immediately isolate and notify the health department if symptoms develop.
