Mark Phillip Quilter and Dave Casey, two Irishmen who live in Wayne, had hoped to open their second gastropub last year, but we all know what happened. The business partners had bought longtime watering hole Rivara s Owl Pub & Restaurant in Fair Lawn before the pandemic struck and believed they d be able to open in May or June 2020.
