A total of 25,000 hospital patients were discharged into care homes in a four-week period in March and April last year, which has been blamed in part for seeding coronavirus in those locations.

As the officer approached the intersection of Highway 80 and Gallatin Street in Jackson, he saw the motorcycle strike a GMC Yukon, according to Greg Flynn, spokesman for the city of Pearl.Jackson police are investigating the crash, Flynn said.
