Another season of
The Masked Singer in the books, and it went out with a bang.
Tonight s finale gave the three finalists a couple of chances to sing one last time before finally revealing some of the biggest stars that have been unmasked in a while.
First, the Crocodile landed in third place and revealed that our suspicions were correct and he was, in fact, Backstreet Boy
Nick Carter. The judges were either right on top of it or right around it with guesses of
Howie Dorough.
Jenny McCarthy was the only one who guessed it correctly.
The finale of
The Masked Singer aired on Fox on Wednesday night meaning the remaining three contestants were all unmasked. The 4th season has seen the likes of Tori Kelly and Mickey Rourke take part.
Coming in third place last night was Crocodile, who has continued to wow viewers and the panel Nicole Scherzinger, Jenny McCarthy, Robin Thicke, and Ken Jeong with their versatility and well-trained vocals.
For their debut appearance, they rocked out to Bon Jovi s hit It s My Life, which was described as electrifying by Scherzinger. During another week, they sang Britney Spears Toxic with full choreography.
Their clue packages over the past couple of episodes have helped give away their identity bit by bit.

Plus, viewers got to catch up with celebrities they haven t thought about in a few years. Your favorite TV dad from childhood? Yeah, he s wearing a furry suit singing CCR on stage. And the football star who fumbled on his butt? He s controlling an intergalactic puppet doing an Eastern European accent. In a year of uncertainties, it was weirdly comforting to see these faces on our screens.
