Wicked Local Arlington residents looking to enjoy some frozen lemonade on warm spring days will have to wait a little bit longer.  Del’s Frozen Lemonade, which was on track to open in Arlington this spring will not be open until some time in June. Paul Piatelli Jr., president of Del’s Boston, told The Advocate that it took the eatery longer than they expected to get authorization from the various town departments, which has delayed their original timeline. It took longer than we planned to have all the paperwork authorized from the different departments in town, so our timeline was a bit off,” Piatelli said. “We started the building process on Monday, May 17, but are still about a month away from welcoming guests, as we would still need to go through inspections once completed. We re hoping that come mid-June we are in full swing.”
