Top Sydney chef Mitch Orr has created a mouthwatering katsu curry using KFC s iconic crumbed chicken fillets. The recipe transforms the traditional katsu curry and updates the dish with the fast food chain s Zinger fillets and signature chips for the perfect winter meal. To make the dish at home you ll need KFC zinger fillets, large chips, Golden Curry Medium Curry Paste, white soy sauce, Kombu Tsuyu, white onion, granny smith apple, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and Japanese short gain rice. The end result looks delicious and the recipe can serve up to six people, which is perfect for larger families.
