Brisbane man killed in central Queensland forklift incident was nearly first time dad

A Brisbane man who died following a forklift crash in Central Queensland was just weeks away from becoming a first-time father. Joe Williams, 35, was driving the forklift along a road at Middlemount, three hours north-west of Rockhampton, when the vehicle rolled and trapped his leg. He was treated at the scene in a critical condition but later died from his injuries, paramedics said.
