In his previous job he managed the Systems Analysis Laboratory for Boeing Phantom Works in Brisbane, with a mantra to disrupt Boeing’s traditional product lines with systems 10 x better/cheaper/or faster. Prior to that, he had 25-years in Air Force working strategy and capability development for the Air and Space domains.
