Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness has a new trailer and gets a release date – TheSixthAxis

19/05/21 The upcoming Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness animated CG anime series on Netflix has been given a release date and it will be hitting your tellyboxes on July 8th. The series stars Nick Apostolides as Leon S. Kennedy and Stephanie Panisello as Claire Redfield, reprising their roles from Resident Evil 2, and finds our heroes in the White House battling zombies. Rumours of large, orange faced zombie with blonde hair have yet to be confirmed. – ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW – Here’s the synopsis. In 2006, there were traces of improper access to secret Presidential files found in the White House’s network. American federal agent Leon S. Kennedy is among the group invited to the White House to investigate this incident, but when the lights suddenly go out, Leon and the SWAT team are forced to take down a horde of mysterious zombies.

Constantin Film Adapting Post-Apocalyptic Thriller The Walk Movie – /Film

Constantin Film, the production company behind the  Resident Evil movies, has found a new sci-fi property to bring to the big screen. Constantin has acquired the rights to  The Walk, based on Lee Goldberg’s thriller novel of the same name, which follows a studio executive as he makes a journey on foot through a post-apocalyptic California. Deadline reports that Constantin Film has picked up Lee Goldberg’s script for  The Walk, which he adapted from his own best-selling 2004 novel. In  The Walk, described as a part-adventure, part-horror, part-comedy story, a studio exec makes his way by foot from downtown LA to the San Fernando Valley after an apocalyptic earthquake tears through the state. On the way, he must reluctantly team up with an “unusual traveler” going in the same direction.
