Parental responsibility a big element in tackling anti-social behaviour

An Onchan Commissioner believes parents can play a key role in clamping down on antisocial behaviour. Martin Macfarlane insists there are plenty of sports clubs, activities and street-based youth work available which can help keep kids out of trouble. He says plenty of working has been going on behind the scenes to address the issue. Mr Macfarlane spoke to Local Democracy Reporter Chris Cave:
