The open waterways famously run down the edge of many of the town s streets, including Coinagehall Street and Church Street, and others where they have been covered over. However, have you ever wondered where the water comes from – or questioned what the leats are that supply the kennels? These questions and more will be answered in an exhibition being organised to look at the history and workings of one of Helston s most well known architectural features, and explain more about a new group being set up to protect it.
