Richard Scali, licensing director for the Town of Barnstable for the past decade, today announced his retirement, effective March 18. I ve been working in this industry for 35 years, Scali told members of the Barnstable Licensing Authority on Monday. You are the most professional, knowledgable board I’ve ever worked for. To me, you re an example of a great board/commission in the Town of Barnstable. I will miss all of you immensely.
