The court heard that Daniel Brearley, aged 35, of Bolton Road, Bury, used threatening behaviour towards his victims and at the time he was already subject to a suspended prison sentence for criminal damage and assault. Brearley pleaded guilty and, in addition to the jail sentence was ordered to pay his victims a total of £300 in compensation. MAGISTRATES have ordered a man to undertake 80 hours of unpaid work after he damaged a woman’s mobile phone and assaulted a police officer on September 10 last year. Karol Wodarczyk, aged 39, of Bolton Road, Bury, pleaded guilty to committing the offences when he appeared before Manchester magistrates. He was also ordered to participate in 22 days of rehabilitation activities, pay a £95 victim surcharge and £100 in compensation to the woma

Teen charged after firearm recovered in Trafford | Messenger Newspapers

The 17-year-old boy from South Manchester has been charged after a firearm was recovered by police. The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was charged with single counts of possession of a firearm, and possession of ammunition for a firearm without a certificate. He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear today (Wednesday 16 December) at Manchester Youth Court. In the early hours of Tuesday 15 December, police attended a property that was suspected on breaching COVID regulations in the Sale area of Trafford.
