The uranium explorer and developer is working to align its flagship Kayelekera Uranium Project with a series of global frameworks as it looks to bring.
Meanwhile, banded dotterel are ‘’quite consistently’’ the most common braided river bird on the Ashley River, but “are almost entirely absent from the Ōpihi”. “The least threatened birds, those that successfully nest in environments other than braided river –pied stilt and pied oystercatcher – are increasingly making up the bulk of bird numbers in the Ōpihi.” The report says between the Pleasant Point bridge and the lower gravel extraction area there are a number of islands of sufficient size and suitable gravel substrate for nesting. “This is the best section of the river. However, these islands have thick mature weed cover which includes broom, lupin and some small poplars,” it says.
The company’s key asset is the Kayelekera Uranium Project in northern Malawi, Africa. Lotus shares have today reached a new three-year high of A$0.205.

In his latest purchase, on May 5 Davey acquired a further 250,000 shares worth A$46,250 in an indirect interest, increasing the number of securities held in that interest to more than 16.148 million.
This follows his purchase on May 3 of 303,602 shares valued at A$96,398, on May 4 of 200,000 shares valued at A$30,000 and May 5 of 246,398 shares valued at A$40,656.
