2021 Boatnik Festival is back on, with daily changes expected

GRANTS PASS, Ore. On Monday night, the Grants Pass Active Club announced that the 2021 Boatnik Festival is back on. This change in decision comes a little over a week after organizers said that the event was to be canceled this year.
Jim Thompson with the Active Club said that before 4 p.m. on Monday, the festival was not going to happen. But, after pushing through COVID-19 regulations and restrictions from Salem, organizers were able to get all the proper insurance and requirements set to bring it back for 2021.
