THREE U.S. MAGISTRATE JUDGES
The United States District Court for the District of Maryland is now accepting applications to fill two full-time United States Magistrate Judge positions in the Northern Division and one in the Southern Division. Two of these appointments are to fill anticipated vacancies due to the retirements of Magistrate Judge Thomas M. DiGirolamo and Magistrate Judge Charles B. Day in early 2022, and one is contingent upon the confirmation of a current incumbent, the Honorable Deborah L. Boardman, as a United States District Judge.
The current salary of the position is $201,112.00. The term of office is eight (8) years, and incumbents may be reappointed. ....

Baker created a Facebook event titled, “Defend Tallahassee” on January 12, 2021 according to the affidavit. Baker allegedly used this new page to post the following:
“‘We advocate a diversity of tactics and organizing elsewhere than this event page. Peaceful friends are welcome and will be protected. Direct action friends are also welcome and encouraged.”
