New family takes over long-time family business

New family takes over long-time family business Mantles buy Hill County Printing   Havre Daily News/Colin Thompson The Mantles, Reed, from left, Rylin, Stacy and Bob, pose in front of Hill County Printing, the 60-year-old family business they bought April 1 from Raymond and Robert Floren. Long-time, multi-generational Havre business Floren s Hill County Printing has been sold to new owners Stacy and Bob Mantle - but, in a sense, the business has stayed in the family. Former Havre Daily News publisher Stacy Mantle, who had worked at the newspaper for 20 years starting in graphics design for the advertising department, and her husband, Bob Mantle, who works for BNSF Railway, purchased the printing business April 1 and renamed it back to the original Hill County Printing.

Alley project becomes beautiful reality

Alley project becomes beautiful reality   Last updated 2/26/2021 at 10:21am Havre’s Art Alley is a reality! Following the completion of the mural project in September of 2019, which culminated in the colorful artwork that adorns the west side of the Hill County Printing building, the work of the local volunteer Havre Main Street Group continued. The next project was developing an art alley in downtown Havre. The chosen alley was between Second and Third streets and Third and Fourth avenues, or the alley behind several downtown businesses, including Havre Home Center and Cavaliers. But why an Art Alley? And why in Havre? To attract visitors downtown, to add some.
