David Citrin is an Affiliate Assistant Professor in the Departments of Global Health and Anthropology at the University of Washington, and helped establish the South Asia Center s Nepal Studies Initiative in the Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies. He also serves as an Implementation Research Advisor for Possible and a Research Collaborator with Medic. Over the past sixteen years, his work has focused on the ethics of global health and global health partnerships; designing digital tools and health information systems to support frontline workers in providing equitable care, and for monitoring and evaluation; and mixed methods implementation research to strengthen public sector healthcare systems. Citrin received both his MPH in Global Health (2011) and his PhD in Medical Anthropology (2012) from the University of Washington, where he teaches a course on Multidisciplinary Perspectives in Global Health.
