President Donald Trump pardoned Steve Bannon and Lil Wayne as part of a flurry of clemency action in the final hours of his White House term that benefited more than 140 people.
President Donald Trump is expected to issue a flurry of pardons and clemency actions to 100 people in his final day in office, including political allies and even some high profile rappers, but not to himself or his children, sources said.
