Two arrested after police break up large party at Sandy Springs home By FOX 5 Atlanta Digital Team Published  (Sandy Springs Police Department) ATLANTA - Several hundred people were told to leave a Sandy Springs home late Saturday evening after a report of an outdoor concert. Timothy Gregg Osby, 54, and his ex-wife, Samantha Osby, were arrested and charged with operating a special event without a permit. Mr. Osby was also charged with furnishing alcoholic beverages to persons under 21 years of age and disorderly conduct for possession of marijuana. Sandy Springs police said they responded to a home along Heards Ferry Road near Weatherly Drive around 10 p.m. Saturday after several complaints of a possible concert being held in the backyard.

Disturbingly, according to the police report per  People and other media outlets, the responding officers who first arrived at the scene allegedly witnessed an ugly act of domestic violence themselves. Per reports, the front door of the home was wide open as officers entered, and they allegedly witnessed Ozuna “grabbing the victim by the neck and throwing her against a wall.” Ugh… Sandy Springs Police Department went even further, writing (below): “Officers were able to immediately take the suspect into custody without further incident. In addition to the strangulation attempts, the suspect also struck the victim with his arm, which has a cast from a previous injury. Preliminary investigation has revealed this incident to be domestic-related between the suspect and his wife, both residents of the Windsor Cove home.”

Sand Springs Café Employees Targeted By Catalytic Converter Thieves An employee at a Sand Springs restaurant is upset after he said someone stole his car s catalytic converter while he was at work. Surveillance video shows someone pull up to the Crescent Cafe Sunday morning, right next to Alex Hendricks’ car. It s just like man, it s my car, right, it s like why did you have to pick mine, right? Why did you have to pick anybody s, you know? said Hendricks. After just a few minutes, the thief was gone, and so was Hendricks catalytic converter, a part of the car’s exhaust system. Mechanics say thieves can sell them to scrap yards for a couple hundred bucks.
