DEARBORN, MI – Nurses have been among those on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic.
To say thank you, Dearborn-based Carhartt has donated 336 pairs of scrubs to the graduating class of University of Detroit Mercy’s College of Health Professions and McAuley School of Nursing.
The announcement comes during Nurses Week, which runs May 6-12. Each graduate receives two scrub sets with the total donation valued at approximately $16,800 courtesy of the outdoor workwear company and its licensing partner, CID Resources, a division of Superior Group of Companies.
