HOWLAND Archpriest Peter Pawlack, 80, fell asleep in the Lord, Monday, April 19, 2021.
Fr. Peter was born in Mayfield, Pa. the son of the late Julia Hadginske and Peter J. Pawlack. A younger sister and only sibling recently fell asleep in the Lord.
He graduated from (Eastside) New Jersey High School. He attended Rollins College in Winter Park, Fla. and subsequently transferred to Rider College (now Rider University) in Lawrenceville, N.J. to continue his undergraduate studies. He received his undergraduate degree in commerce and industrial management from Rider College. In the fall of 1962, he entered St. Vladimir’s Seminary, Crestwood, N.Y.
He was born Aug. 2, 1933, in Ridgeway, S.C.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, where his rank was Private First Class.
He was employed as a steel worker.
Survivors include his brother, Johnny Hutchinson; and sister, Margaret Jarrell-Peace.
A private burial will be in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
Arrangements were handled by Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel, Warren.

WARREN Alexis Csehill, 65, passed away Friday, Feb. 12, 2021, at home after a courageous 13-year battle with cancer.
Alexis was born on June 3, 1955, (two months premature) in Warren, the daughter of the late Michael and Rachel Csehill. She came into this world a warrior and left us as a warrior, too!
Alexis graduated from Warren Western Reserve High School in 1973. She earned a BS in math at Malone College in 1977. In the early ’80s, she continued her education by earning an associate’s degree in computer science at Kent State University at Trumbull.
Alexis learned her work ethic from her parents. She worked in the summers during high school in the office at Warren Sanitary Milk Company. She worked at Copperweld in the Industrial Engineering office. The last 27 years, she worked in the Accounts Payable office at Trumbull Industries.

HOWLAND Jean A. Marshall, age 90, of Howland, died of a short illness Saturday, Feb. 13, 2021, at the Ohio Living Lake Vista.
She was born Aug. 9, 1930, in Warren, the daughter of James W. and Helen E. Gaughan, and lived in the area all of her life.
She was a graduate of Warren G. Harding High School in 1948 and a graduate of St. Elizabeth’s School of Nursing in September 1951. She received her RN certificate from the state of Ohio in November of that year.
She had worked at St. Joseph Hospital and Trumbull Memorial Hospital.
She was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish and had been a volunteer at the school when her children attended there. She also delivered meals for Trumbull County Mobile Meals for 30 years. She belonged to F.O.W.L. at the Warren Trumbull County Library and served on the F.O.W.L. Board for 20 years.
