The Chebistuan project has now been optioned to Newmont Mining based in the prolific Abitibi Greenstone Belt in Quebec.
Copper and gold mineralization from a total of 88 samples collected from sub-angular and bedrock boulders across the mineralized regional structures yielded up to 0.405 g/t gold (Au) and 1,070 ppm copper (Cu).
The Kapunapotagen Shear Zone, which hosts the Lac Dolomieu Cu occurrence to the west and the Opemiska Cu/Au deposits to the east of the Pluto property, crosses through the northern border of both the East Block and West Block at the Pluto property.
