Doha: Based on the cabinet s latest decision to curb the spread of COVID-19, the Private Education Department in the Ministry of Education and Higher Education announced that it will allow the resumption of activities in licensed educational and training centres under several conditions, namely, allowing licensed special educational and training centres to provide their services with no more than 30% of the capacity, with all staff starting work at these centres completing the second dose of the Covid-19 vaccine and the rest of staff to work remotely.

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 10: Assistant Undersecretary for Educational Installations and Planning at the Ministry of Education Yassin Al-Yassin revealed that four sectors occupying six floors at the ministry’s main office building in South Surra have violated health regulations on curbing the spread of coronavirus; such as social distancing between employees, wearing masks throughout the working period, and the specified number of people in elevators, reports Al-Qabas daily.
In a letter to the undersecretary of the ministry, Al-Yassin disclosed that the violators include the Administrative Sector on the sixth and seventh floors, Financial Sector on the fifth and eighth floors, Public Education Sector on the second and third floors, and Private Education Sector on the eighth floor.
