Three school building options to consider for Southeast Local
Here are the three options to be discussed:
Pre-kindergarten through sixth-grade building at a cost of $29,543,750.
Pre-kindergarten through eighth-grade building at a cost of $38,243,750.
Pre-kindergarten through 12th-grade building at a cost of $50,831,490.
Each option would come with a plan for existing buildings.
In a pre-K-12 building grade levels would be configured in two or three separate areas.
The design would be grade appropriate with safety as a top priority, said Holly Mastrine, the district s curriculum coordinator.
Gymnasium and auditorium space could continue to be used at John R. Lea and Waynedale High School.

However, there are other places to seek shelter and warmth Thursday with temperatures expected to remain near freezing.
Officials are urging the community to stay home and off the roads. The return of winter precipitation Thursday morning made roadways dangerous and unpredictable, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.
