What is going on with all the helicopters in Swampscott

What is going on with all the helicopters in Swampscott What is going on with all the helicopters in Swampscott Thank I m wondering about the Moorings for boats in salem harbor especially the ones past the beverly salem bridge to kernwood bridge. There is a waiting list for all Moorings but as an avid boater that has been boating for over 50 years I ve seen empty Moorings dozens when I pass them in the boat there year after year. I thought if you did not use your mooring for a particular year they would pull your mooring. Or you have to at least use your mooring for 45 days out of the year to keep it. As I said before I ve seen plenty that are never used. These should be pulled so the next person who would use one could get one. As an older salem resident who has been boating for decades finds it harder and harder to trailer my boat and the only reason I do is because I can t get a mooring. Would like an answer to this.
