Portland Public, Portland Community College board races see landslide wins Herman Greene, Julia Brim-Edwards and Gary Hollands won with landslide leads for the Portland Public Schools Board of Education. In Zone 4, Greene led with 73%. Hollands had 84% in Zone 5 and Brim-Edwards pulled in 81% by the time votes were tallied Wednesday morning. Greene and Hollands will be newcomers to the PPS board.
