LSL Property Services (LSL) has reached a five-year agreement with The Property Franchise Group (TPFG) to offer mortgage and protection advice services.
The agreement is for a minimum of a five-year period and means that LSL will be providing digital and face-to-face mortgage and protection advice to the customers of TPFG and TPFG’s franchisees.
TPFG franchisees will be provided with a range of options via LSL’s PRIMIS Mortgage Network.
Franchisees will be offered the opportunity either to take on their own mortgage adviser and become an Appointed Representative (AR) of PRIMIS, or to refer their customers to existing PRIMIS ARs, including LSL’s in-house mortgage brokers.

Ceres Power Holdings PLC - Horsham, West Sussex-based solid oxide fuel cell developer - Proposes placing and subscription to raise GBP180m million via PrimaryBid. Says the net proceeds will be used to accelerate its investment in the development and potential commercialisation of its solid-oxide electrolysis technology. This will help expand the company s presence in the green hydrogen production market. Intends to explore a move to the London Stock Exchange s Main Market by mid-2022.
