Cherryl Knowlesis a 50-year-old resident of the town of Marion who lives with her husband Jonathan and works as the School Business Manager for the Wisconsin Heights School District. They have five children: Andrew (20), Treena (19), Sarah (17), Erin (14) and Jonah (13).
Education:
Went to Boscobel High School, Bachelor’s degree from Carroll University in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, Master’s degree in Education – School Business Manager from UW-Whitewater .
Greg Bell named Citizen of the Year Surrounded by family members, Michaell Bell holds the 2020 Citizen of the Year Award presented in front of her Oakes Road home Saturday afternoon on behalf of her late husband, Greg, former teacher, coach, principal and District Administrator with the Boscobel School District.

The Boscobel Chamber of Commerce presented its 2020 Citizen of the Year Award on Saturday with a parade and caravan past the home of the winner’s family, where everyone was gathered outside to accept the award on his behalf. Emcee Karl Krogen presented the award and had these words to share with the family:

Will Connely knows the ins and outs of Boscobel Bowl & Banquet, after all, he’s been cooking there since he was 21 years old. So when longtime owners Jan Richter and her brother Stacey Karsten decided to sell the popular Boscobel establishment on July 1 26 years to the day since they bought it from Quent and Gloria Hurtz, they couldn’t think of a better buyer.
“He’s been around here a longtime, he’ll be fine,” Stacey said.
