+ June 09, 2021 THE Office of Senator Christopher “Bong” Go, together with concerned government agencies, delivered various forms of assistance to displaced young workers in Angeles City, Pampanga affected by the ongoing pandemic, as he committed continuing support from the government to help them cope with their socio-economic concerns.
On June 8, a total of 200 beneficiaries composed of displaced young workers received livelihood assistance from the Department of Labor and Employment’s Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers Program.

President Rodrigo Duterte approved the naturalization of Gilas Pilipinas player Angelo Kouame after the Chief Executive signed into law the papers that made the center eligible to play for the national team.
Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas (SBP) president Al Panlilio made the announcement Tuesday, May 18, as he expressed his gratitude to the President and other government officials that helped the federation in the process to naturalize Kouame.
“The Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas (SBP) is elated to announce that Angelo Kouame’s Filipino naturalization is now official,” Panlilio, a longtime basketball official, said in a statement.
