The “disproportionate” rise of cases in Florida is seasonal, just as it was in 2020. This fall/winter, that same rise will occur in northern states.  The fact that, almost 18 months into this, people continue to beat this same drum is just amazing. I didn t vote for DeSantis in 2018, but the argument that he did a poor job with COVID is purely political and not based in reality. In fact, his COVID performance (low mortality while keeping kids in school and unemployment down) earned him my vote for 2022.
