State public and education officials will take part in an April 22 event for individuals in the public education sector.
The agency, which serves school districts in Mahoning, Columbiana, Portage and Trumbull counties, announced the event Wednesday.
The virtual event is an effort to connect education leaders, administrators, board members and educators in the public education sector with elected officials to promote district needs.
The event is the first of its kind available to area educators. Sessions will provide a bi-partisan platform and enable local districts and state level government to work together to craft policy.
