Miami/Saarbrücken - Seine Lieder sind Klassiker der Popmusik und der Soundtrack einer Generation. Ob âDaddy Coolâ oder âRasputinâ: Wie am FlieÃband hat der Musikproduzent Frank Farian jahrzehntelang tanzbare Welthits erschaffen.
Der Durchbruch erstaunte ihn selbst. âDer Erfolg war eine riesengroÃe Ãberraschung. Ich hatte immer gedacht, ich schaffe es nicht. Es sah ja auch anfangs nicht danach ausâ, sagte er der Deutschen Presse-Agentur. Diesen Sonntag (18. Juli) wird Farian 80 Jahre alt. Gefeiert wird an seinem Wohnort Miami. â�

Juli) wird Farian 80 Jahre alt.
