JKR: Public can direct complaints via 11 channels

Taking note of comments on social media about damaged roads and potholes, Datuk Mohamad Zulkefly Sulaiman ( pic) said it practised a “no wrong door policy”, adding that there were 11 channels where the public could direct their complaints. “Regardless of whether it is a federal, state or council road, each complaint will be channelled to the relevant party for immediate action, ” said Zulkefly on the department’s Facebook page on Monday. “We accept all suggestions and constructive criticisms for improvements to be made, ” he said, thanking the JKR district engineers and its social media administrators for their responsiveness towards complaints. He also thanked netizens and JKR’s strategic partner RakanKKR for providing information on roads.
