According to reports, a bullet-riddled body was found in the Karez area of Mastung district.
The body, identified as that of Bahadur Khan, was taken by the Levies personnel to Nawab Ghous Bakhsh hospital for autopsy.
According to hospital sources, the victim received brain injuries.
The motive behind the murder could not be known.
The other body was found near the city police station in Khuzdar.
Police said the victim, who sustained bullet wounds, could not be identified.
Investigations are under way in both cases.

DERA MURAD JAMALI: Four people were killed and 10 others injured when two cars collided near Bakhtiarabad area of Sibi district on Tuesday.
The injured people included women and children, sources said. The condition of six injured persons was stated to be serious as they had suffered multiple injuries.
According to the Highway Police, a car coming from Quetta collided with a car coming from Dera Bugti as driver of one of the cars lost control over his vehicle after its tyre burst.

Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed has said all the allied parties have assured their complete support to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf s candidate Abdul Hafeez Shaikh for the Senate seat from the Federal Capital.
Addressing a hurriedly called press conference flanked by members of National Assembly Ghous Bakhsh Mahar of the Grand Democratic Alliance, Khalid Magsi and Zubaida Jalal of Balochistan Awami Party, he said Abdul Hafeez Shaikh will emerge victorious with a thumping majority tomorrow.
He said all the political parties in Punjab made a good decision about the Senate elections and expressed the hope that same would be replicated in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan.
