Dr. Mario World Will Shut Down in November
After being open for over two years, Nintendo announced
Dr. Mario World will shut down. The game’s last day will be October 31, 2021, with service ending on November 1, 2021. Ahead of that,
Dr. Mario World diamond purchases will end on July 28, 2021. Nintendo didn’t offer an explanation for the shutdown in the official End of Service notice.
Dr. Mario World functions differently than the typical
Dr. Mario games. In it, you need to solve puzzles by eliminating the viruses with medicine capsules. There are also competitive, PVP match ups. Each person uses a special doctor and assistants. Each doctor in the game has different special abilities, as do the assistants.
