SUMTER COUNTY, S.C. (WIS) - The Sumter County Sheriffâs Office has arrested a man who engaged in inappropriate behavior with a minor.
Dontavian Bernard Bennett, 29, has been charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
According to officials, Bennett kissed the 11-year-old female victim on the mouth and face in a sexual manner on December 13.
