Downtown Adrian to host "Hot Wheels" themed First Friday on June 4

The Daily Telegram ADRIAN First Fridays this Friday, June 4, in downtown Adrian lives up to its Hot Wheels theme with a cruise-in car show. The event will take place in downtown Adrian, allowing for the community to support the downtown businesses with shopping and eating. The car show will start at 5 p.m. and end at 8 p.m. within the downtown area, a news release said.  There will be live entertainment, including performances from The Metros Band with Gordy Sharpe from 6 to 8 p.m. at the corner of South Main and Church streets and Jaded Soul from 7 to 9 p.m. on North Main Street. Mammoth Distilling will have live music with Little Spoon River. Live entertainment will also take place at Chomp, along with an outside bar and seating area.

Cruise-in car show, First Fridays, Cinco de Mayo in downtown Adrian

The Daily Telegram ADRIAN The streets of downtown Adrian are expected to be full and lively today and Saturday with two events. Adrian Cruise-In Car Show and First Fridays Beginning at 5 p.m. today, the first 2021 installment of the Adrian Cruise-In Car Show will line the streets of downtown as part of the monthly First Fridays event. The car show will be along North Main and Maumee streets and will run through 8 p.m.  No-charge registration begins at 4 p.m. Entrance for vehicles in the show will be at Church and Main streets. Hot rods, cars, trucks, rat rods, motorcycles and other vehicles are welcome.
