“Write On, Oceanside!” is back, but the literary festival is running virtually this year featuring nearly a dozen local authors, who will talk about their books.
The annual festival, which celebrates local authors, will be held via a Zoom webinar at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 14, hosted by the Oceanside Public Library and Oceanside Cultural Arts Foundation.
The top three winners of the “Ode to Oceanside” writing contest will be announced and there will be a reading of the winning ode along with the top three submissions for the Six-Word Story Contest.
Highlights include a discussion of the results of the Never-Ending Story Community Writing Project and a Local Author Showcase. ....
