A former Ben Davis University High School teacher has been charged with child seduction after prosecutors say he had sex with a 17-year-old girl over a span of about three months in 2019. 
Robert Foote, 32, of Indianapolis, was charged last week after a teen told police she had sex with Foote multiple times from May 2019 to July 2019, soon after she graduated from the high school. A LinkedIn page for Foote indicates he had taught biology at the school since August 2012.
Ben Davis University High School, a partnership of Wayne Township Schools and Vincennes University, opened in 2007 and is separate from Ben Davis High School. ....
