JULY 1, 2021 – The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee (RACM) is receiving a $150,000 state grant to assist in the site investigation of a property located in Milwaukee. The Brownfield Site Assessment Grant from the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) will support site clearance and environmental site investigation of a historic Haymarket district property that will be redeveloped into the Milwaukee Public Museum and Betty Brinn Children’s Museum. “A vibrant downtown is key to a community’s overall economic health, and this development will bring more visitors to downtown, which will benefit other businesses and the entire community,” said
